What if the recipient can’t register but still needs to get the money?

If the recipient can’t register because they do not have the right type of mobile phone, you can cancel the transaction and get a refund by calling BillMo™ Customer Care at 1-888-870-3912. Or you can request that BillMo™ Customer Care issue a traditional money transfer cash out code at the desired bank for your recipient. You will be responsible for communicating that code to them and there will be a charge of 200 MXN for the creation of the code.
