What if the recipient can’t register but still needs to get the money?


If the recipient can’t register because they do not have the right type of mobile phone, you can cancel the transaction and get a refund by calling BillMo Customer Care at 1-888-870-3912. Then you can use the BillMo app to make a traditional cash pick-up transaction or bank transfer. You will be responsible for communicating the cash pick-up code to them.
