How do I cancel a transaction?

You can cancel a transaction to a recipient who has not registered by calling BillMo™ Customer Care at 1-888-870-3912. If the recipient is already registered and you sent them money by mistake, you can call BillMo™ Customer Care and request a cancellation. Depending on the situation, including whether the recipient has sufficient funds in their wallet to cover the cancellation amount, a refund may be possible.
